The Zurich airport region is already an ICT cluster. Our goal is to position the Zurich airport region prominently in the ICT industry in order to increase both the attention of companies seeking talent and the awareness of skilled workers. We have established an ICT advisory board as a panel of experts and are strengthening the future skills of our members with a targeted program in the areas of digitalization and AI.
Economic, environmental, and social sustainability are closely linked, as one of their goals is to create a future worth living for all people. We also contribute to this with our expert committee, the Sustainability Advisory Board, with our Sustainability Navigator, and with the six selected SDG goals.
Tomorrow's working world needs diversity, new ways of thinking, and generationally appropriate leadership. Age and gender diversity are key success factors for us. That's why we are committed to initiatives such as Equal Voice. At the same time, we specifically promote young talent and support our members in responding to the changing needs of younger generations with modern leadership and working models. In addition, we actively incorporate relevant labor market topics such as employer branding, skilled labor recruitment, and current HR issues into our activities and offerings.
In line with our mission, we create lasting added value through networking and location devel-opment in Switzerland's most attractive economic area by:

organizing high-profile events with a strong connection to the airport region
offering professional services to members and companies interested in locating in the region
achieving a high level of awareness among target groups
Our events and publications give us a high profile, thereby contributing to the strong attractiveness and identification of the Zurich Airport region as a location. We are the leading economic network for companies and politics in the Zurich Airport region.
