Next generation. Same Network.
With NXTwork, the FRZ Zurich Airport Region is expanding its existing network specifically for the next generation. nxtWork is not a separate network, but a platform within the FRZ that involves entrepreneurs, successors and managers up to around 40 years of age at an early stage and strengthens intergenerational exchange.
The aim is to pick up tomorrow's leaders not only when they are already established — but when they want to grow, shape and make an impact.
Studies on Generation Z clearly show that appreciation, development opportunities and a strong environment are more important than status or hierarchies. At the same time, there is a strong need for mentoring, learning opportunities and genuine support.
This is exactly where nxtWork comes in.
The platform creates a framework that is more personal, direct and closer to everyday working life. We consciously practice open dialogue instead of one-way communication; the focus is on encounters on equal terms and formats that enable active participation.
